Program standards
These program standards summarize how referral participation works. Approved partners will receive the current controlling agreement before rewards are paid.
Direct referrals only
Rewards apply only to people or businesses directly introduced through your assigned link or code. No multi-level or downline compensation is offered.
No guaranteed income
Participation, clicks, applications and approvals do not guarantee rewards or income.
Collected results
Customer rewards are calculated only from eligible collected gross profit after direct delivery costs, adjustments, refunds and chargebacks. Driver rewards require published milestones.
SLK controls service
Partners may not quote prices, guarantee capacity, approve drivers, execute contracts or bind Stat Line Kinetic.
Fair attribution
The referral must be new, properly tracked and not already active in SLK records. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, spam and misleading promotion are prohibited.
Payment and tax setup
Banking details are collected securely only after approval. Partners must provide required tax information before payout.
Program changes
Reward rates, eligibility periods and program availability may be changed or ended prospectively. Earned and approved rewards remain subject to the controlling agreement.
Communication compliance
Partners must follow applicable email, telephone, text-message, privacy and advertising rules and use only approved SLK materials.
